Chia Seed Pudding
200g of chia seeds 2 desertspoons of raw cacao powder 1 tsp cinnamon ground 800ml (approx) coconut water spoonful of maple syrup to taste mix dry ingredients well, then Add coconut water and mix well Add maple syrup to sweeten (i don't) leave in fridge for 4+ hours for the chia seed to absorb all other ingredients to create a wobbly blancmange consistency I eat for breakfast with chopped fresh fruit (organic of course) and muesli benefits include high protein, good fats, minerals, magnesium and lots of fibre!
